Brian Marchionini

Brian Marchionini is a Senior Program Manager at NEMA providing technical and management support in the areas of energy storage, distribution automation, grid modernization and connected systems.  He is also leading NEMA strategic initiatives in direct current in buildings and microgrids.  Before NEMA, he worked as a consultant who managed a team of scientists, engineers, and policy experts that produced a range of products including strategic plans, research and development roadmaps, and other technical communication materials in the grid modernization area. Brian has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.S. in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
